We are looking for a Web3 Event Executive to spearhead the planning and execution of impactful events that connect industry leaders, developers, and enthusiasts.

In this role, you will:
Plan, organize, and execute high-quality Web3 events, including webinars, conferences, meetups, and community events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, themes, and target audiences.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and speakers.
Manage communications with attendees, ensuring a seamless experience from registration to post-event follow-up.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community platforms.
Manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within financial limits. Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
Analyze event success metrics, gather attendee feedback, and present reports for continuous improvement.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
2+ years of experience in event planning/ management.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fields would be an advantage.
Experience in organizing Web3 events with a strong understanding of Web3/ Blockchain.
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building skills with partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
