Major Player in Energy Industry Great Company Culture Located in Central Our client is a major player in the Oil & Gas market, looking to expand their Operations team to with an additional of an Operations Executive. Key Responsibilities Handling bunker delivery operations, including vessel schedule updates, coordination with agents and suppliers, and resolving basic operational issues. Preparing and issuing sales and purchase confirmations in a timely manner. Following up with suppliers on invoices and ensure proper documentation for settlement. Supporting traders in credit-related matters, such as applications, renewals, purchasing credit reports, and managing credit insurance requirements. Assisting in monitoring daily trading positions and pricing exposure; maintain and update exposure spreadsheets accurately. Managing ex-wharf operations, including sending nominations, obtaining barge clearances from terminals, preparing LC formats, and handling cargo contracts. Maintaining and updating operational and delivery-related spreadsheets for both bunker deliveries and ex-wharf business. Performing any other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth running of operations. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Maritime or related discipline Prior experience in bunkering or oil trading operations will be an advantage Good understanding of bunker delivery documentation and procedures Strong attention to detail, with good communication and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage large sets of operational data Ability to work independently under time-sensitive conditions and adapt to changing schedules How To Apply Simplify: Submit application with updated Resume in MS Word Format to Shahul Abdullah (EA Personnel Reg.
