QC Specialist

You will be part of a leading organization specializing in advanced ASR and language technologies, developing AI-driven platforms for seamless user interaction in native languages. Your role as a Gujarati Linguist will involve leveraging your expertise in applied linguistics and phonology to enhance and optimize our Gujarati ASR systems.Your primary responsibilities will include performing Gujarati audio annotation and quality checks with precision, ensuring linguistic accuracy in transcriptions, reviewing and correcting word lists and dictionaries, identifying and rectifying errors in Gujarati text and speech data, and collaborating with the team to maintain consistency in annotation guidelines. You will also utilize annotation tools according to project-specific standards.Key skills required for this role include proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Gujarati, with native professional proficiency being most preferable. Additionally, experience in audio annotation or transcription tasks, familiarity with MS Excel, knowledge of NLP or linguistic data processing, previous experience in QC tasks related to language-based projects, attention to detail, ability to strictly follow guidelines, and proficiency in the English language are desired.If you have a strong background in Gujarati/Marathi/Malayalam languages and are adept at handling audio transcription and quality check tasks, this opportunity offers a platform to contribute your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.,
