Multimedia Designer

Role Overview We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who brings content to life across motion, video, web, and presentations. You’ll craft 2D/3D visuals, animated content, social‐first assets, and live‐action cuts, contribute directly to website and UI design in Figma/Webflow, build polished presentation decks in PowerPoint, and intelligently use AI tools to accelerate concepting and production. You’ll collaborate with clients, strategists, designers, and developers to translate ideas into engaging, usable experiences. What You’ll Do Support client work: Join discovery sessions, help co‐create briefs, present work clearly, and manage feedback with empathy. Shape visual narratives: Build strong ideas and visual narratives across brand, digital, social, video, and web channels. Work across formats: Direct and contribute to design, motion/animation, video, photography, and interactive content; define art direction and brand voice. Build integrated campaigns: Deliver key visuals, content pillars, landing pages/UX guidance, storyboards, and production‐ready assets. Presentation design: Create high‐impact PowerPoint decks — templates, layouts, animation, data visualisation — with clear, on‐brand storytelling. Website/UI design: Design page layouts, components, and interaction states in Figma/Webflow; collaborate on responsive UI with developers. Work in an organised manner: Keep files clean and versioned; support sprint planning, reviews, QA, and asset management. Iterate with insights: Turn data and feedback into stronger creative decisions. Present with confidence: Communicate ideas clearly and explain the “why” behind creative decisions to clients and stakeholders. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who is hands‐on, thoughtful, and thrives on crafting ideas that work creatively and commercially. 2–4 years in creative roles, in multimedia or visual design roles; agency‐side experience strongly preferred. Bring a portfolio spanning motion/animation, video edits, and web/UI design (Figma/Webflow). Have formal training in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia, illustration, motion/animation, advertising. Are skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects); bonus for basic 3D/CGI (e.g., Blender/C4D). Have proven PowerPoint chops: template systems, slide architecture, animation, charts, and data storytelling. Understand UI fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, component‐based design, responsive behaviour, accessible typography/colour. Can storyboard, moodboard, and translate concepts into clear, compelling frames. Communicate clearly, handle feedback well, and connect design decisions to business goals. Can juggle multiple projects and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Nice‐to‐have Experience working across APAC markets and managing localisation. Experience in B2B growth marketing, fintech/payments, or tech/SaaS projects. Familiarity with design systems, UX writing, or performance creative.
