Balance comfort and efficiency considerations while optimizing HVAC system design for energy efficiency and reliability. Consider seismic and structural factors in HVAC system design for offshore applications, ensuring resilience to dynamic forces. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into overall marine and offshore designs. Provide support during commissioning and testing of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with performance requirements and safety standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC design, preferably in the marine and offshore industry. Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, HAP). Familiarity with marine regulations and classification society standards (e.g., IMO, ABS, DNV). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
