Project Manager – Civil Construction Project Management Role

Job Description:

This role focuses on overseeing the successful execution and completion of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills.

  • Schedule and Coordinate: Manage project timelines and coordinate activities among team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task lists and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Ensure open and effective communication with project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all construction work is carried out according to specifications and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
