Roles & Responsibilities About Our Client Our client is a large and established charity and they are looking for an effective professional to join their team. Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including brand campaigns, media planning, social media operations, and content creation. Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels including new media on WeChat. Analyse marketing data (CTR, conversion rate, ROI, etc.) to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Oversee the planning and execution of website updates, email marketing, and online events such as webinars and promotional campaigns. Lead and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring effective marketing goals. Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities, and propose innovation digital marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, Visual Media or related fields. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. 5.5-days work week.
