About the Role This is a changemaker role suited for a technically strong and passionate tax professional who enjoys policy work, research, and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Head of Tax, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving technical initiatives, supporting advocacy efforts, and promoting excellence across the tax community. Key Responsibilities Support and champion the organisation's tax strategy and technical initiatives. Conduct research and produce high-quality technical papers on key and emerging tax topics. Review and assess the impact of new tax developments and assist in engagements with relevant authorities. Communicate insights and updates to members and stakeholders through various platforms. Participate in outreach programmes to promote the tax profession and engage future talent. Manage relationships with senior tax professionals and external stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline. At least 4 years of relevant tax experience. Strong technical knowledge in Singapore corporate tax and/or GST. Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills. A collaborative team player with an inquisitive mindset and passion for policy or advocacy work. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners.
