Job Overview Chain IQ is a global AI‐driven Procurement Service Partner headquartered in Baar, Switzerland. We are looking for a Senior Expert in Technology Services to join our Singapore team. Role Purpose The primary purpose is to deliver value‐add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professional and consistent manner. Responsibilities Lead a talented team to achieve ambitious regional and global objectives, fostering a culture of positivity, professionalism, and teamwork. Make data‐driven decisions by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization. Build and nurture deep relationships with senior stakeholders, becoming their trusted advisor and advocate for Chain IQ's value proposition. Tackle critical issues head‐on, providing creative solutions and escalating them strategically to ensure seamless operations. Recruit, coach, and mentor top talent, empowering team members to grow professionally and reach their full potential. Support local business development initiatives, helping expand our footprint and strengthen client partnerships. Develop and execute cutting‐edge technology‐related procurement strategies tailored to Asia's market dynamics, aligning with broader regional and global frameworks. Contribute to and crush allocated savings targets, demonstrating clear financial impact. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and key stakeholders to create synergy and achieve shared business goals. Build robust partnerships with suppliers, optimizing value generation and ensuring alignment with Chain IQ's standards. Stay ahead of trends, representing APAC's interests on the global stage and integrating local insights into worldwide sourcing strategies. Partner with clients and procurement teams to integrate commodities seamlessly into Purchase‐to‐Pay (P2P) implementations. Collaborate closely with client business partners, ensuring sourcing strategies are co‐created and mutually beneficial. Requirements Minimum 10‐12 years of experience in strategic sourcing in an international indirect goods and/or services environment. Strong leadership and inspirational team management. Proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments. Exceptional communication, relationship management and negotiation skills. Analytical and organizational skills with a problem‐solving mindset. Experience with SAP, Ariba, PowerPoint and intermediate Excel (preferred). University degree in economics, Supply Management or equivalent, with a professional sourcing/procurement certification preferred.
