The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll play a key role in driving growth by creating qualified meetings and Sales-accepted leads. You'll be responsible for executing targeted outbound campaigns and rapidly following up on inbound leads. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you'll be the bridge that connects high-intent prospects to meaningful sales conversations. This role is based in Singapore and requires flexibility to overlap with US working hours. What You'll Do Drive outbound prospecting into Tier-1 healthcare accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn, while personalizing outreach with relevant triggers such as hiring, EMR or CCaaS projects, and AI governance initiatives. Manage inbound leads by responding within SLA timelines, qualifying against the ideal customer profile (ICP), and routing them to
