Roles & Responsibilities The Role We are seeking a Frontend Engineer (3D & Interactive UI) to join our early product team. Beyond traditional frontend development, you will play a key role in bringing our 3D virtual human and interactive AI experience to life using frameworks like Three.js or WebGL. Key Responsibilities Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React / Next.js and TypeScript Develop and integrate 3D experiences, animations, or real-time rendering elements using frameworks such as Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js, or similar Collaborate with designers and 3D artists to implement interactive virtual human interfaces , motion, lighting, and scene interactions Integrate frontend interfaces with REST/GraphQL APIs and real-time AI services Develop reusable component libraries and UI frameworks to accelerate development Optimize web performance, rendering efficiency, and cross-device compatibility (desktop, tablet, WebGL-supported devices) Write unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and frontend best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Game Development, or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of frontend development experience , with strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript Hands-on experience with 3D/graphics or animation frameworks (e.g. Three.js, WebGL, Babylon.js) Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, RESTful APIs, responsive design, and state management Familiarity with Git, testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library), and CI/CD workflows Strong attention to detail, UI/UX sensitivity, and a passion for building visually immersive experiences Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Experience building 3D web interfaces, virtual avatars, metaverse, gaming, or simulation-based applications Exposure to real-time interaction, motion capture, physics engines, or GPU shader programming (GLSL) Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or Azure (API Management, DevOps pipelines) Understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards), performance optimization, and progressive enhancement Interest in conversational AI, digital humans, or virtual agents Tell employers what skills you have GitUsabilityCSSStrong Attention To DetailAzurePipelinesHTMLTypeScriptUser ExperienceUI3DWcagSaaSAnimationAPIAccessibility
