Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‐cycle recruitment. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across technical and non‐technical functions. This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about building strong teams. Job Responsibilities: Manage end‐to‐end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs. Source candidates through multiple channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical roles and non‐technical roles. Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates objectively based on skill, culture fit, and growth potential. Ensure a candidate‐first experience, timely communication, transparency, and smooth coordination. Support employer branding initiatives, content, events, and community outreach to attract talent. Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and reporting for clarity and hiring efficiency. Continuously refine hiring processes to improve speed, quality, and conversion. Job Requirements: 3–6 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‐house). Strong track record hiring for Web2 or tech companies; familiarity with AI or software roles preferred. Able to work in a fast‐paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. Proactive, resourceful, and ownership‐driven mindset. Bilingual in English; Mandarin is a plus.
