Responsibilities Manage and oversee service operations within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry. Lead a team of service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance to the service team and customers. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in ACMV/HVAC systems. Requirements Diploma in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in service operations within the ACMV/HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and equipment. Experience in managing a team of service technicians. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and maintain relationships.
