CCS-Head of Team LPE (Local Payment Engines) Business Type Types of Jobs - IT, Digital et Data Job Title CCS-Head of Team LPE (Local Payment Engines) Contract Type Permanent Contract Job Summary Main Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee PAS/LPE Team of 20-30 members comprising tech and domain experts. Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team to meet committed deadlines and milestones. Identify, evaluate, and report issues and risks to ensure timely corrective/preventive measures. Ensure team activities adhere to bank standards and norms. Participate/contribute to GIT Paris/ISAP governance for the domain. Monitor customer satisfaction and work to improve it. Coordinate with vendors and prepare releases. Monitor the quality of deliveries and service. Evaluate staff knowledge & skills and recommend training. Conduct appraisals for team members. Facilitate staff mobility and career development. Manage recruitment, career progression, engagement, coaching, and mentoring. Implement standard DevOps practices including test automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and Monitoring as Code. Incorporate Continuous Improvement processes and culture in project management & implementations. Supervise Level 3 Support Activities when needed. Drive technical transformation/innovation projects to meet market and business demands. Work closely with domain and Enterprise Architects & Business users in the implementation of local Payment Engines. Supplementary Information Coordinate with other development teams Ensure consistency across projects and modules of different programs. Optimize the global roadmap and associated constraints. Ensure smooth circulation of information inside and outside the team. Align development with product owner’s priorities. Manage and Improve Team Capabilities Ensure cohesion and commitment of the team on its assigned mission. Evaluate staff members’ skill/knowledge and recommend training plans. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s code of conduct and policies. Organize coaching for continuous improvement. Implement Project Management Processes Coordinate with program management for optimal usage of methodology. Propose and implement local tooling/process improvements. Perform Team Manager duties including identifying hiring needs and staffing. Perform People management duties such as Career management and staff motivation. Geographical Area City Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Bachelor and above in relevant discipline Level of Minimal Experience 11 years and more Experience Background: Problem-solving and building solutions. Self-motivated with a track record of driving innovations in Program and Team management. Comfortable leading a team of engineers and advocating for software engineering best practices. Understanding of technology implementations in Banks / Financial Institutions. Experience with Industry Standard Payment engines and cash product solutions. Exposure to Asia, specifically to cross-border payments and clearing mechanisms. Required Skills Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems. 12-15 years of overall IT experience with 5 years in delivery of enterprise-scale critical systems projects. Minimum 3 years of Team and People management practices. Excellent program/project delivery experience and knowledge about mentoring/guiding teams. Experience with Spring, public cloud offerings, Dockers, Kubernetes, React.Js or Angular.Js, Kafka, and databases. Experience in Cash Management and Payment systems solutions. Engagement with senior stakeholders. Agile delivery practices. Technical mindset with attention to detail. Good leadership, teamwork, time-management, and communication skills. Legal and Regulatory Responsibility: Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements, including the Singapore Compliance manual and policies; maintain knowledge to ensure full qualification for the role.
