Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our café team.

  • Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving pies, beverages, and other menu items promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by ensuring the dining and serving areas are tidy at all times.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Assist with food preparation, including warming pies and plating dishes.
  • Restock utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed to maintain a well-stocked café.
  • Support restocking and inventory checks to ensure we have the right products available.
  • Pack takeaway and delivery orders efficiently and securely.
  • Contribute to closing procedures, including cleaning, stock count, and inventory management.
  • Assist with events and festive sales setups to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Be friendly, proactive, and customer-focused in all interactions.
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player.
  • Prior F&B experience is an asset but not required.
  • Be willing to learn and grow with the team.
