Our welders are qualified under AWS D17.1, & BCAR A8-10, and we are certified to provide NDT services (FPI & MPI). As a SAR and FAA approved company, Coway Engineering & Marketing offers a full suite of services to the Aerospace industry, including CMRO Services, Aircraft Landing Gear Bushing, Precision Machining, and more.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily QC Oversight - support the Quality Manager in supervising QC inspectors and enforcing adherence to inspection SOPs

  • First Article and New Product Inspection

  • Quality Documentation & Customer Submission

  • Manage Internal & External Audit (AS 9100 QMS)

  • Training, Review & Quality Improvement

  • Team Collaboration & Support

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Qualifications/Requirement:


• Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering


• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance or QC in a precision machining environment


• Trained internal auditor (AS9100 preferred)


• Experience working with ERP/QMS systems for quality documentation

Required Competencies

· Good knowledge in quality metrology and measurement equipment

· Familiar with AS9100 standards, QMS documentation, and First Article requirements

· Capable of reading and interpreting complex mechanical drawings and specifications

· Knowledge of CMM measurement principles and quality reporting formats

· Strong communication skills for internal coordination and customer-facing situations
