Description Location: Near Novena MRTFull-Time | 6-Month Contract (Extendable) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Assistant Manager (Temporary) to support the Clinical Transformation Department . The successful candidate will oversee secretariat and coordination work for the Physical Health and Rehabilitation Steering Committee, ensuring smooth governance and communication across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage secretariat functions for the Steering Committee, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up on committee actions. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records. Provide administrative support for committee initiatives and governance processes. Ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of committee-related matters. Requirements Degree holder , preferably in Healthcare, Science, or related discipline. Proven experience in senior administrative or project coordination roles. Strong organizational and secretariat management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficient in meeting management and minute-taking. Prior experience supporting steering committees or governance bodies preferred. Knowledge of the healthcare sector will be an advantage. Salary & Contract Details Salary Range: $4,500 – $5,500 per month Duration: Approx. 6 months (Mid-Nov 2025 – Apr 2026), extendable Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (office hours) Interested?
