What the role is: You provide expert recommendations on training data and follow through on proposals to manage and analyse training data from various flying, control and ground units, so as to provide actionable insights to training to support decision making. What you will be working on: Conduct data analysis and exploration to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights Design data visualisation frameworks that meet operational and analytical requirements Create and manage training dashboards displaying real-time and historical data Implement robust systems to ensure positive user experience Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate data processing tasks Translating data insights to non-technical audiences Contextualising information from data sets despite not being fully conversant in the requisite domain knowledge What we are looking for: At least 6 years of relevant experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Drive and innovation to adapt and overcome challenges in a new field of work Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel as well as data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Qliksense)Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
