Senior Risk Officer, APAC – Life & Health at SCOR Join us to apply for this exciting role supporting the Head of APAC Risk Management in leading the risk management function across APAC Life & Health business. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, and escalation, ensuring risk matters are addressed proactively and communicated clearly to key stakeholders. Key stakeholders include the Head of APAC Risk Management, Group Risk Management, senior management, executive committees, risk committees, the Board, and regulatory bodies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). In certain APAC countries where the business is focused on a single line, you may also be appointed as the designated risk representative for the entity, serving as the primary point of contact for local risk matters and regulatory engagement if you possess the requisite skills, knowledge and experience. Required Experience & Competencies At least 8 years of relevant working experience in actuarial or risk management. Scoring excellent potential and willingness to grow is welcomed. Strong actuarial skills, analytical acumen, risk management and effective communication. Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across business units, functions, entities and the SCOR group. Self‐starter, adaptable team player, consistently contributes as a valuable team member. Proficient in verbal and written communication, ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. Proven influencing capabilities, experience managing senior stakeholders, ability to challenge constructively at all levels. Required Education Degree in Actuarial, Mathematics or equivalent with strong actuarial skills or equivalent technical expertise, and analytical acumen.
