Fitness Coach

A Fitness Specialist will design and deliver personalized fitness programs to clients, ensuring a supportive environment that encourages physical activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create customized exercise plans based on client goals and needs
• Provide guidance on strength training, stretching, and cardiovascular exercises to promote optimal health
• Foster a safe and motivating environment for clients to reach their fitness objectives
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure maximum results
• Develop strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and encouragement
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a certified fitness role in Singapore
• In-depth knowledge of exercise science and human physiology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and programs
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
