Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of next-generation semiconductor wafer inspection products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, and materials science, with experience in optics and semiconductor processing.

The successful applicant will be responsible for characterizing new products, developing feature requirements, designing test plans, collecting data, performing analysis, and publishing results in the form of applications notes and best-known methods. They will also conduct tool demonstrations, develop use cases, and create product value statements.

In addition, the candidate will investigate semiconductor manufacturing yield issues and develop corresponding inspection solutions. A PhD level degree or Master's/Bachelor's Level Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Engineering or related field is required. Experience in software development, hardware, reliability, characterization, and electronics is an advantage.
