Record purchase invoices, process payments, and update financial records in accounting software.
Post payments and receipts while conducting regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data.
Handle queries from customers, suppliers, and brokers, resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Assist in preparing month-end financial reports and other required statements to support decision-making.
Perform general administrative duties, maintain financial records, clean databases, and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Must be able to work in alignment with the Brisbane time zone (SGT 07:00 to 15:00) from Monday to Friday. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Holds a diploma in accountancy or finance, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.
Open to candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience, with preference given to those with MNC experience.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, adapt to challenges, and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent individual who works well in a team. Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and demonstrate reliability, diligence, and trustworthiness.
