Responsibility

  • Oversee all accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, revenue recognition
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Prepare and publish accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage external and internal audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to support AEI funding needs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, drive financial discipline and performance
  • Lead periodic reviews and updates of finance-related policies to reflect evolving business needs and compliance requirements
  • Ensure consistent policy application across departments and projects, especially in capital expenditure and AEI-related activities
  • Conduct ROI analysis for AEI proposals, including scenario planning and sensitivity testing
  • Collaborate with leasing and operation teams to evaluate financial viability and payback periods of AEI works

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting with CPA preferred
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in management role with financial management and exposure to capital projects or AEI works
  • Strong proficiency in ROI analysis, and policy development
  • Familiarity with real estate or infrastructure sectors is a plus
