Responsibilities
Lead project activities, including maintenance and tracking project progress.
Act as a coordinator between the client and the project development team.
Oversee and maintain all support-related activities.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of monthly reports.
Review all reports related to Azure services, ensuring they are correctly documented and filed.
Provide regular status updates of all reports to client management and stakeholders.
Work closely with GovTech on future process changes and updates.
Provide detailed information about the client\'s Common Services to support onboarding of new applications.
Coordinate with the project and application teams to resolve blockers.
Review onboarding Change Requests (CRs).
Drive process improvements and support ongoing maintenance activities.
Skills Required
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in Azure will be a bonus.
Experience in project management, stakeholder management, system analysis and operations support.
