Designation: PM Experience Required: 5–6 Years (Professional AV Systems)Role Objective Lead and manage end-to-end execution of AV infrastructure projects — from planning to delivery — ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and OEMs, while maintaining high-quality standards, timelines, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and oversee AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Technical Understanding: Review and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between clients, vendors, and OEMs for smooth project implementation and issue resolution. Vendor & OEM Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with OEMs for technical support, certifications, and escalations. Manpower Planning: Allocate and manage workforce efficiently across multiple project sites. Documentation: Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and root cause analysis for any delays or technical challenges. Training & Handover: Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for end-users after project completion. Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot AV systems, validate installations, and ensure adherence to technical standards and safety norms. Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in managing AV projects. Strong knowledge of AV drawings, schematics, and shop drawings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Proven experience in coordinating with vendors, customers, and OEMs for project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / related discipline (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2) –Good to Have OEM certifications –Mandatory Experience handling multiple large-scale AV projects simultaneously.
