Job Description
• Handle all purchasing duties including orders and deliveries arrangement.
• Generate purchase orders promptly and liaise with suppliers.
• Knowledge of construction material/machinery and source of suppliers an advantage
• Ensure lorry drivers' have meet the timelines given.
• Perform data entry on incoming materials and other documentation for finance processing.
• Matching PO, DO and invoices for finance processing.
• Provide administrative support to the office.
• Any other task assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
• Possess 'N'/'O' level/ Diploma / professional qualifications in any field.
• At least 1-2years admin experience (Training will be provided)
• Possess good communication skills and proficient in MS Office
