Role Overview The Events Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest professional standards. This role oversees multiple stakeholders, manages on-site operations, and ensures seamless event delivery from concept to post-event wrap-up.Key Responsibilities • Servicing a portfolio of accounts• Ideating and conceptualizing events based on client brief's• Liaising between internal and external parties to source, coordinate and ensure that the event goes smoothly.• Manage overall progress and development of accounts and projects• Onsite execution and delivery of event.• Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clientele.• Ensure client satisfaction and prompt delivery of services by providing quality, value-added services and solutions• Assist in the management and coordination of external agencies/vendors e.g. photographers, emcee, print production, etc.• Work with management to create proposal decks for new programmes/events• Liaising with management and operation teams to meet and exceed partner expectations.• Manage reservation portal, tracking sales and prepare necessary reports.• On-site presence and support at events• Develop, track, monitor and ensure programme/event's P&L is within budget and forecasts
