Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer – Singapore
Digital Biz Solutions Pte. Ltd. is looking for an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer to work on major client projects in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into infrastructure design or end-user services design to meet availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity requirements.
Forecast budget needed to support the project initiatives and maintenance contracts.
Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure IT infrastructure projects to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity needs.
Ensure Technical Architecture and infrastructure are aligned with IM8 and IT Policies and Standards.
Manage day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services and collaborate with other government agencies and central services teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure or desktop services.
Experience and skills
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Professional certifications in CompTIA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL v3 Foundation would be advantageous.
Relevant working experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-level ICT infrastructure and end-user services.
Experience in Government-Related Agency Projects.
Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WAN).
Good knowledge of end-user technologies; experience with endpoint automation services is a plus.
Proactive and dedicated with strong leadership, multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work independently.
Experience in contract and vendor management.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to pitch ideas and engage stakeholders.
Team player with good organizational and people skills.
