Singapore SHING LECK ENGINEERING SERVICE PTE. LTD. Full time
1. Assists in the development of QA/QC Procedures and Plans in compliance with Company's Quality Assurance & Control Policy and regulatory requirements.
2. Assists with any of the Company's technical submission process.
3. Conducts in-coming QA/QC inspection on materials and arranges for qualification tests for workers as part of the pre-project procedures.
4. Escalates and makes formal recommendations to the Quality Assurance & Control Manager to initiate a stop order in the event that unqualified materials are found to have been used at work, or when performed work has failed the Company's or client's QA/QC requirements.
5. Conducts QA/QC inspection on completed work and records qualification test on workers to ensure the work done has met all project requirements.
6. Coordinates with QC personnel, including third parties, clients and authorized inspectors to perform various quality control inspections, examinations and tests where appropriate.
7. Escalates matters that deviate from Company's QA/QC Procedures and Activities to the Quality Assurance & Control Manager and coordinates with him to achieve adequate resolutions.
8. Carries out inspection of materials brought to or collected from site paying special attention to the defect status, reject materials and tools that are deemed not safe for use.
9. Annual Leave up to 16 days for Junior and 18 days for senior position
