The Service Delivery Engineer possesses a comprehensive understanding of the products and contemporary technologies. They excel in collaborating with customers and managing the implementation timeline and scope. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for service delivery-related matters. Understand client requirements, generate an implementation plan, and perform the implementation within the designated targets. Collaborate with eco-partners to perform product-product integration. Good communication and presentation skills both in writing & verbal. Independent worker with passion in learning.
