Job Title:
MES Support Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an MES Support Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring system components, including workstation assignments, printers, weighing scales, and access rights. You will also maintain and update specification documents to reflect configuration changes and system enhancements.
Key Tasks:
  • Configure system components to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain and update specification documents to reflect configuration changes.
Collaboration and Integration:
You will work closely with the global support team to troubleshoot or support technical issues across MES, application services, databases, and connected devices. You will also collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient project execution across diverse teams and timelines.
Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Proficient knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Deep expertise in deploying, configuring, and supporting Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of industry standards and validation requirements.
  • Technical proficiencies in database management, IT support processes, and application architecture.
