Join our expanding energy franchise as a Light Ends Trader in this exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial and physical trading strategies within the natural gas liquids, naphtha and petrochemical markets. Our Global Light Ends desk trades a variety of oil products and engages with a wide range of customers, including producers, refineries, petrochemical companies, consumers and institutional clients. Our desk is focused on expanding its customer franchise and delivering both derivative and physical solutions to our clients.
While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 5 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?
You will deliver profitable returns through trading in the Light Ends space, including LPG and Naphtha, and assist in the expansion of our growing Global Light Ends business. You will develop and execute innovative trade ideas, implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate trading risks, and ensure reporting of positions and profit/loss reconciliation.
What You Offer
Minimum 5 years of trading or relevant experience
In depth understanding of Asia’s Light Ends markets
Strong fundamental analytics to support trading decisions
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a global team
Ability to work cohesively as part of a global team.
