Develop or introduce online learning courses, practical assignments, and learning resources tailored to the company's business context. Collaborate closely with business departments to promote business-driven knowledge sharing, best‐practice extraction, and internal enablement initiatives. Oversee company‐wide and departmental onboarding programs, continuously enhancing the new hire experience. Culture & Engagement (Strong Plus)Plan and execute initiatives and events aligned with company values, such as festival activities, value recognition programs, and internal communication campaigns. Support the development of internal communication mechanisms, including intranet content, employee stories, and cultural storytelling projects. Integrate culture initiatives with employee engagement and recognition mechanisms to enhance team cohesion and a shared sense of belonging. What you'll need Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, or related areas. Experience in Internet, Web3, or fast‐paced startup environments is a strong plus. Strong ability in content planning and project execution, with a track record of turning creative ideas into actionable plans. Excellent cross‐cultural communication and collaboration skills; capable of working effectively with multilingual and multinational colleagues in a remote setting. Familiarity with online collaboration and design tools, such as Lark, Canva, or Figma. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and writing skills.
