We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various venture projects, which are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped quickly with a lean team. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will tackle technically challenging problems, oversee design and coding for features, and work closely across multiple organizational functions. Your role will encompass every aspect of product development, from brainstorming innovative ideas to fine-tuning details before launch.
Responsibilities
Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
Contribute to system architecture design
Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
Enhance and manage Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Design and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
Automate and streamline operations and processes
Communicate, escalate, and follow up to resolve issues effectively
Requirements
Solid experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes
Experience building large-scale CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications
Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana
Experience with logging systems such as Fluentbit, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch
Experience maintaining high-availability, low-latency crypto exchanges is a plus
Strong Linux and networking knowledge
Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD is a plus
Minimum 4+ years of experience in DevOps and AWS
Ability to write maintainable code
Interest in technology and/or financial environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders
