Overview Join to apply for the Microsoft FastTrack Architect (FTA) - FastTrack role at Microsoft We are the FastTrack Team, a diverse group of passionate technology professionals driven to help our customers derive high value from their Microsoft investment. Focused on driving E5 Security and Compliance, Copilot growth and the required security posture at scale with customers, FastTrack plays a primary worldwide role in executing this strategy at scale across our customers and partners while working side by side with multiple Microsoft engineering, data analysis, marketing, sales, support, and operational teams. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers adopt AI, Microsoft 365 products, by envisioning, designing, and executing innovative approaches to solve their business challenges, and effectively work side by side with a team of driven technology and business professionals to improve our products. Responsibilities Rapidly establish and maintain personal and organizational credibility with the Field, Customer and Partner through deep delivery knowledge and effective communications. Provide deep situational awareness on Microsoft 365 FastTrack deployment and usage reporting in meetings, gather and share consumption best practices with the broad Microsoft partner and internal community, and build a strong relationship with internal Microsoft teams. Quickly understand customer and partner business and IT environments. Providing senior stakeholder representation & orchestration for FastTrack, coordinating and managing disparate groups of stakeholders, sustaining highest levels of customer satisfaction. Identifying additional areas in which the product or the FastTrack process can improve and delight its customers. Improve Customer and Partner experience Focus on Copilot Growth and Protect E5 revenue and drive adoption Ensuring High Quality Accelerated Delivery and providing mediation, utilizing other FastTrack resources to aid recovery and accelerated delivery and adoption. Champion the FastTrack delivery methodology to customers, partners and field personnel to ensure the onboarding experience is focused on standard and outcome-oriented activities.
