Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure VCF infrastructure (vSAN, NSX, vCenter, SDDC Manager).
  • Manage and troubleshoot VMware Tanzu and Kubernetes clusters for application hosting.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server operating systems, web servers (Tomcat, Apache, IIS), and applications.
  • Implement security hardening baselines and oversee security testing based on policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or relevant certifications such as CISSP/CCNA/CCNP.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with cloud environment deployment and maintenance is an advantage.

Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
