Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media)We’re looking for a results‐driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our in‐house marketing and creative teams to build campaigns that deliver measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who’s analytical, creative, and confident managing performance marketing end‐to‐end — from concept to reporting. Key Responsibilities Plan, set up, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad performance. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking to maximise ROI. Analyse performance metrics and deliver clear reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Stay current with trends, algorithms, and best practices across digital platforms. Requirements Based in Singapore (for better market understanding and timezone alignment). Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads. Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance. Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup. Basic understanding of landing page conversion and funnel optimisation. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Availability for weekly syncs or progress updates. Nice to Have Agency or multi‐brand experience. Familiarity with email automation or remarketing funnels.
