Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Recruitment Consultant - CEI Certified, dedicated to our deployment from the Philippines to Singapore. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including growing our portfolio of customers and maintaining their relationships, while ensuring compliance with ethical hiring standards. Duties and Responsibilities Growing our portfolio of customers Ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes (work permits, contracts, insurance) in compliance with the Employment Act and MDW regulations Supporting prospective clients by responding to inquiries over the phone and in person Supporting mediations or negotiations when required Liaise with MOM, clients, and partners using various CRM tools Close coordination with other departments to resolve issues Collaborate on the continuous improvement of hiring processes to ensure operational efficiency Qualifications CEI Certification (Mandatory)Experience in Recruitment, Recruiting, and Consulting Strong skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Prior experience in ethical or social impact recruitment is a plus Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields Benefits you can enjoy Attractive package with bonus 5 days a week from 9am to 6pm 15 days of annual leave per year Comprehensive medical insurance for your well-being Yearly team-building activities Training in digital tools and systems for efficient internal coordination and information sharing We follow the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment practices.
