Applicants must apply via this link: About the Role The Teaching Assistant (TA) will provide support to the Japanese Language Acquisition and Japanese Language and Literature teachers in delivering engaging, effective, and differentiated learning experiences for Middle and High School students. The TA will support individualized learning, assist with classroom management, and extend learning opportunities both inside and outside the classroom to ensure all students are safe, supported, and successful. Position Requirements Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to support diverse learners. Excellent communication in Japanese (native or near-native proficiency) and English. Ability to work under pressure and show initiative. Competent use of technology for teaching and learning support. Demonstrated passion for language learning and working with adolescents. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification (preferred). At least 1 year experience working with children/teens in an educational setting. Experience in language teaching or support roles is an advantage.
