About the Role:

Healthy Heart PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled and certified Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will deliver high-quality, holistic treatment using TCM techniques such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, and traditional diagnostic methods. Your role is essential in supporting our clinic's mission to restore health and balance through trusted and time-proven therapies.

We are looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Mandarin, confident in patient communication, and deeply committed to delivering compassionate care. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and professional in every aspect of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough TCM evaluations using tongue diagnosis, pulse reading, and patient consultation
  • Prescribe and administer personalized treatment plans involving acupuncture and herbal remedies
  • Communicate treatment plans clearly and provide lifestyle advice to support healing
  • Maintain clear and detailed records for each patient
  • Work collaboratively with clinic staff to enhance the overall patient experience
  • Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed
  • Keep the treatment space clean, organized, and safe
  • Contribute to community engagement activities and health education when required
  • Follow all regulatory and clinical best practices as set by TCMPB

Requirements:

  • Fully registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse patients
  • Experienced in TCM diagnostic skills, acupuncture, and herbal therapies
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Compassionate, ethical, and service-oriented approach
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Prior experience in a TCM or healthcare setting is an advantage
