Personal Financial Advisor Join the Mercor team as a Personal Financial Advisor. This independent contractor role is remote and scheduled for 6 weeks, requiring 20–40 hours per week. Base Pay Range $130.00/hr – $145.00/hr (paid weekly via Stripe Connect)Role Responsibilities Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world personal financial advising based on professional experience. Create realistic situations involving investment planning, retirement strategies, tax planning, and wealth management. Develop scenarios for client consultations, portfolio recommendations, risk assessment, and financial goal setting. Review and evaluate AI responses to financial advisory queries for accuracy and professional standards. Provide detailed feedback on financial planning scenarios to improve AI training. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while advancing AI model performance. Qualifications 4+ years professional experience as a personal financial advisor in finance and insurance. Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities. Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems. Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills. Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz. Preferred 14 years experience preferred.
