Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities Ensure safety compliance through regular audits and training Lead and motivate a team of assemblers, including conducting training and coaching to improve team performance Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Safety, First Pass Yield (FPY), and Continuous Improvement Write and implement SOPs and Self-Inspection procedures Identify process improvements, reduce waste, and prevent human error through structured improvement initiatives Analyse problems, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly Prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines Lead staff training and maintain a positive, disciplined work environment Maintain and track training and rework records, including quality issues Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Uphold high standards of discipline and housekeeping on the production floor Requirements Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role Strong background in engineering with a proactive approach to process improvement Six Sigma Green Belt or above is preferred Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Familiarity with ERP and MES systems, as well as root cause analysis tools Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (must be able to liaise with Chinese counterparts)Highly motivated, able to work both independently and in a team.
