About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities: ">
    • ">
    • Design, develop, and maintain our software platform, including backend services, APIs, and databases. ">
    • Integrate with various hardware devices and third-party services. ">
    • Develop new features to enhance location tracking, data analytics, and reporting capabilities. ">
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues. ">
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to understand client needs and provide technical support. ">
    • Optimize the system for performance and scalability as our user base grows. ">
    • Lead the technical direction of the company, evaluating new technologies and making strategic decisions. ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience as a full-stack or backend software engineer, with at least 3-5 years of professional experience. ">
  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, or C#. ">
  • Experience with databases, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). ">
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. ">
  • Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL). ">
  • Understanding of RTLS concepts and technologies (GPS, Bluetooth/BLE, RFID) is a significant plus. ">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ">
  • A strong communicator who can articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members. ">
