Job Description:

  • Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Responsible for routine inspection of raw materials and components upon receipt, performing checks according to inspection standards and engineering drawings to ensure incoming quality meets specifications.
  • Outgoing Quality Control (OQC): Conduct final product inspections in accordance with outgoing inspection guidelines to ensure products meet customer requirements and shipping standards.
  • Quality Issue Handling: Identify, record, label, isolate, and report nonconforming items found in incoming materials, inventory, production line, or finished goods; participate in handling quality issues in incoming and outgoing processes; compile and analyze quality data to support corrective actions and reporting.
  • Measurement Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and perform routine checks on measuring instruments and gauges; report abnormalities to ensure measurement tools remain accurate and reliable.
  • Special Inspection Tasks: Carry out specific inspection tasks as assigned by the quality leader, engineers, or project requirements to support new project development and mass production quality activities.
  • Other Quality-Related Duties: Complete other quality inspection tasks, documentation, and process support as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Quality, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection roles within the manufacturing industry; prior IQC or OQC experience is preferred.
  • Professional Skills: Solid foundation in mechanical drawing interpretation; familiar with common processes and inspection requirements for structural and electronic components; able to read and interpret basic engineering drawings; proficient in using calipers, micrometers, go/no-go gauges, and other common measuring instruments.
  • Competencies:
  • Communication: Good command of both Chinese and English, with strong teamwork awareness; able to communicate effectively with quality engineers, production, and warehouse teams.
  • Sense of Responsibility: Detail-oriented and highly responsible; capable of accurate quality data recording and timely feedback on abnormalities.
  • Bonus Points: Experience in building processes from scratch, or demonstrated ability in handling urgent "firefighting-level" issues.
