Overview of job
As a Senior Performance Executive, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of all biddable platforms that fall under the scope of Social. You will also provide guidance to the internal teams working on those brands and support core teams to develop the business capabilities across accounts.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Performance Manager/Performance Director and the Head of Social.

Measures of success:
In three months:
Reinforce your basic understanding of primary global Social platforms like Facebook/IG.
Grow your existing knowledge of advanced tactics and media strategy on primary global social platforms.
Form basic understanding and implementation on other social platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Build rapport with stakeholders, teams and/or clients.
Look for enhancing performance opportunities within the accounts for paid social.
Support the performance manager in basic work on different platforms.
A general idea of the social behaviors of the individual client’s audience and targeting.
In six months:
Have a full understanding of each client's goals and relevant social platforms.
Streamline efficient processes to make reporting, management, or collaboration easier for internal and external teams.
Make significant strides in optimizations within the accounts for social.
Have a full understanding of the biddable behaviors within the individual clients.
In twelve months:
Be an expert in your dedicated client’s social campaigns.
Increased the adoption of other biddable and digital services.
Brought value to the biddable team; worked closely with them to bring change.
Amplified client knowledge on strategic approaches to biddable channels.
Guide a performance executive on above learnings and experience.
Responsibilities of the role:
Oversee the planning, implementation, and reporting of Performance across multiple clients end to end.
Take ownership of several accounts; be the POC within GMS Social for those accounts.
Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
Hit Performance KPIs for clients to prove the value of paid social.
Provide meaningful insights and analysis when sending reports to clients/core teams.
Maintain a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Learn and train to discuss fundamentals of social/digital marketing.
Work closely with internal teams and directly with clients to ensure seamless campaign plan development, execution, and delivery.
What you will need:
Basic understanding of all paid social mechanisms, generally acquired with up to 2 years of progressive experience.
Able to plan and execute various types of paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
Confidently communicate your skillset and recommendations.
Prior experience in multiple clients' basic social implementations and optimizations.
