Responsibilities As the Global Planning Process Owner, Supply Planning, you’ll be at the heart of our global operations, owning and evolving planning processes across MAKE, MOVE and BUY. You’ll define and maintain process standards, partner with IT and analytics teams to drive automation, and lead maturity assessments to ensure our planning capabilities are future‑ready. You’ll design training paths to enable continuous improvement and be the go‑to expert shaping how planning is executed across Smith+Nephew’s global supply chain. Qualifications At least 12 years of experience in global supply chain planning, with a strong focus on process design, governance and transformation Proven ability to implement and sustain global process standards in matrix organizations Expertise in advanced planning platforms (Kinaxis Maestro preferred) and ERP systems (SAP, AX) Strong communication, project management and leadership skills to influence across global teams Inclusion and Belonging Committed to welcoming, celebrating and thriving on inclusion and belonging.
