  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.

  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed quality standards including repair turnaround time and quality of each repair.
  • Ensure all work tools are in good condition.
  • Delivery professional and high-quality service experience.
  • Identify customers' needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative duties.
  • Overseeing the installation of new systems, equipment, and network infrastructure.
  • Configuring network and telecommunications hardware and software.
  • Monitoring telecommunication systems, network traffic, and computer interactions.
