Develop nurturing, trusting and respectful relationships with children.
Enrich children’s learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programmes.
Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices.
Be proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community.
Co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
Guide junior educators in enhancing their professional practices.
Provide suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre.
Contribute to the Centre’s culture of collaboration and collegiality.
Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
Candidates
must
possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
Candidates with ECDA Teacher Certification L2 Category (LON) will have an added advantage.
