Responsibilities:
  1. Perform professional eyelash extension services according to client preferences and industry standards.
  2. Provide a thorough consultation to clients to understand their desired lash style and ensure their expectations are met.
  3. Apply eyelash extensions using safe and sanitary techniques, adhering to proper hygiene and safety protocols.
  4. Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions to maximize longevity.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
  6. Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire service, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the eyelash industry to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  8. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and promoting a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  9. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records.
  10. Collaborate with team members to uphold a cohesive and efficient workflow.

Requirements:
  1. Certification: Possess a valid certification in eyelash extensions from a reputable training program.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing eyelash extension services.
  3. Expertise: Proficient in various eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume lashes.
  4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in applying eyelash extensions precisely and symmetrically to achieve desired results.
  5. Hygiene and Safety: Knowledgeable about maintaining a clean and sterile work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
  6. Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their preferences, and address any concerns.
  7. Reliability: Punctual and dependable, demonstrating commitment to scheduled appointments and maintaining a consistent work schedule.
  8. Professionalism: Presentable and maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to our salon's dress code and guidelines.
