JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare installation details, shop drawing layout and submission list
- Design, create and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, lighting fixtures
- Create and generate lighting switch, distribution board families and component library
- Create risers / electrical / LAN / M&E Room etc, layout detail
- Attend site coordination meeting with customers / clients
- Perform clash report and solving the clasher with Project Engineer/Customer
- Verify and validate Design with zero clasher and adequate maintenance space
- Prepare visualization and walk through critical/Congested areas if necessary
- CSD and Roombook Coordination
- Generate bills of quantity for material required when necessary
- Any other required task from Main Contractor / Consultant / Client
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- For Singaporean/PR only
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD
- Able to read and visualise electrical systems and equipment drawings
- Able to create and modify electrical circuits based on the specification
- Able to create and modify cable containment routing based on specification and location
- Able to create 2D n 3D electrical views from BIM ModelAble to set-up configurations for electrical model files
